About:

•        Experienced in representing intended parents and surrogates in surrogacy agreements and related probate, and adoption matters.

•        Experienced in counseling and representing employer and employees in employment contract negotiations and employment issues.

•        Experienced in counseling and representing physicians in employment contract negotiations.

•        Experienced in representing physician practices in practice matters including the creation of legal entity, organizational documents, HIPPA

policies, and employment policies.

•        Experienced in counseling and representing companies pertaining to employment issues.

•        Experienced in the defense of state and federal claims based on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

I have particular experience with medical employment contracts.  I married my husband while he was in his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. He has since completed a fellowship and is

currently an attending academic physician.  Consequently, I have a distinct perspective which allows me to better represent physicians in all levels of their careers, from graduating residents to

senior members of private practices, in their employment and practice related contracts.  In conjunction with this practice, I have worked with my clients to develop estate planning with an eye

on asset protection.

Also because of my husband's practice in reproductive endocrinology, I have developed a strong interest in reproductive law.  Reproductive law is an exciting and growing area of law that has

not quite kept pace with the medical field.  The advances in the technology make it possible for any person, regardless of their situation or lifestyle, to have the family that he or she seeks.

Through my work, I help the law catch up with medicine and allow individuals and couples to achieve their goals.  Through proper estate planning, I also help people ensure their families are

protected.

Through proper estate planning, I also help people ensure their families are

protected.

http://www.terirobins.com/page/page/2427001.htm

Through proper estate planning, I also help people ensure their families are

protected.
